Pilates and Exercise Classes for Term 4, 2019

Classes will run for 9 weeks, except for Mindful Movement and Monday Pilates which will run for 8 weeks.

Pre-payment is essential.
Make up classes are available during the same term, if you miss a class, on request

Suitable for people with health issues such as arthritis, diabetes, or heart problems. A Pilates based class to improve general fitness and balance, with an assessment at the start and finish to measure your progress. Includes exercises on a mat.
