Assessment to establish your goals and baseline fitness
Specific exercises to continue at home, to stretch tight muscles and strengthen weak muscles
Programmes to increase general fitness, participation in leisure activities and balance
Education for ongoing self-management
Aimed at the older adult, and taught by physios, for a healthier independent lifestyle
