2 x 1.5 hour sessions of Pain education, mindful movement and introduction to Mindfulness.
Class limited to 6 participants, course material provided and recordings for home practice.|
Great for anyone who wants to know more about pain and how our mind and body can influence our experience of it.
Mindful Movement Class
8 x 1 hour classes learning Mindful Movement based on Physiotherapy, yoga and Mindfulness. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
8 x 2.5 hour classes plus 1 day Mindfulness Retreat. Learn specific skills and practices that you can use in your daily life to help break cycles of anxiety, stress and unhappiness. Requires commitment to daily practice. Course handbook provided and recordings for home practise.

Pre-booking and payment is essential to secure your place in the class of your choice. Payment can be made online, or by cheque, cash or EFTPOS at Island Bay Physiotherapy.
There are no refunds for missed classes.
